Wanted to make a formal introduction as I picked up my new to me 2016 AMG E63 S Wagon in designo white diamond metallic on black.

I've owned a few wagons and needed to get back in to one, so traded my 2016 Audi SQ5 for this.

Absolutely love it.

I have some plans for it, but nothing over the top for now.
KW HAS kit, with some BBS summer wheels are incoming. Stock wheels will be used for winter.

Detailers on Monday to get: debadged, paint polished, full front Xpel, Cquartz, and tint redone.

Finally some sun is planned for today and tomorrow but for now having fun in the overcast rainy weather.

Ha, nice to see you over here. I also just picked up another E63 wagon until Audi can get their business in order and release a proper, non-neutered avant to the states. Looking forward to your build.

 

Nice, congrats. Yah, I wasn't planning on doing it quite at this time but this one popped up fairly local and it all worked out. I'm doubtful they will bring anything but if they do it will still be at least 2 years before it makes its way here but I'm very happy with my selection.

Wife sat in it for the first time this morning and I saw the same gleam in her eye as when she sits on the washing machine.

 

Sun was finally out yesterday.

 

Car went in for polish, tint, and Xpel today.
KW HAS ordered last week.
Something from Friday night.
Ordered an LED wand to play around with more long exposure night pics.

 

i'll be in the hunt for a '16 next year as well. need to stop torturing myself checking other people's build threads, waiting sucks. Love yours!

Looks great! I, too, came from an Audi (wagon) to this car because there is no RS6 Avant in North America. Enjoy in good health!

 

Thanks. I was waiting for the previous gen RS4 to come, and then I heard the upcoming one was and then not coming. Got tired of waiting for Audi to get their act together so started looking elsewhere. Always liked them but never had a chance to see or drive one in person till about a month or so ago and was instantly hooked.

Good things happening today.

 

New wheels and tires installed.

BBS CI-R in 20x9" ET38 and 20x10" ET45 with Michelin Pilot Super Sports 265/30R20 and 295/25R20, thanks to Supreme Power and Rodgers Performance to getting me set up yesterday.

Installed the RHO v2 plate holder as well but have since moved it down. Very high quality product for anyone looking for a tow hook plate holder.
