Enjoy Your E63 For What It Is

The problem is if you remove those threads then all you have is a bunch of ego stroking of how great our cars are and check out my new rims type of threads
so I guess I am pragmatic in that I could see it as both a positive and a negative
in the end more people voicing their opinion's versus no people voicing their opinion's, I'll take the former rather than the later ( no matter how stupid either side sounds ) ... although I do realize silencing free-speech is a ever increasing popular trend these days

the trans lag does seem to get in the way of limiting both but more so the ET I think

So throttle lag or not, it doesn't seem to matter at all.

I'm sorry it's in German and if you don't want to watch the whole thing, start watching at 7:07 minutes. You'll be in for a treat.

Skip to the part where the faeries pop out of the boot and give the car a push!

Also that E63 Vagon is modified, as you can clearly see from the in car video at 7:00 min ...IT has a GREY seat BEALT
which saves weight and adds 5HP!
man though its a pricey mod, but soooo worth it!

and watch them both tuned (e63s is brabus) and even though the e63 has a better reaction time, you can see it bog off the line and rs7 just rockets ahead... thats the lag

and then there is the 1100+ HP GAD e63... still gets smoked off the line by a stock huracan and thru the 1/4 mile mark

Lastly Brabus is more show then heavy performance (very conservative), we have alot of them over here in our region. Its more of a brand name thing plus warranty coverage. I have personally seen them take care of customers who's trans or engines go. Fully covered, good luck finding other tuners who do that. So has its pros and cons

we get it, you love your car and never want to hear anything else other than its amazing..
me on the other hand, i like to know what the competition is doing and how it stacks up to my platform and what areas my platform is doing good and what areas its doing poorly (an d hopefully improve on that area that needs improvement)
Thats not the normal lag we get I think something the driver did there was the problem
These threads are f u c k i n g stupid. If you really want to do something helpful, put your money where you mouth is, contact a vendor and work out a game plan, build, Test and try again till you meet your goals. I was sick of pirate vendors charging an arm and a leg for turbos, I contacted a bunch, laid out my vision, found one that will work on it with me on it...low and behold I have a beautiful set of turbos in my hand ready to be part of a build I will take great pleasure in, instead of your d.ick in your hand watching videos on the internet and complaining that no one will solve your perceived/imaginary problem.
Has any W212 ever pulled a sub 1.7? With the amount of claimed 700/800whp builds out there, is it fair to refer to this glaring lack of data as a "perceived" issue?
The amount of talk about it is a bit much, I'll agree, but hard to claim it's an imaginary one.
