I would avoid these kits and go with the individual rotors from FCP euro. I bought the Brembo fronts and Zimmerman rears from FCP, and EBC red pads front/rear off of Amazon. The combination works great with much less brake dust.

I bought the exact same from FCP - the Brembo fronts and ZImmerman rears. EBC Red pads bought direct from justbrakes.com ZERO issues with this set up and same stopping power but MUCH less brake dust mess with the EBC reds

AND.........the FCP rotors are lifetime replacement (free) so aside from my indy charging $500 bucks to do front and rear pads/rotors, I will never have another rotor purchase again (and I'm on my 3rd set of rotors with only 37k miles on a 2015 mostly due to city driving in Chicago (stop and go).

Hey, what did you end up buying?

I'm in a similar situation with my 2015 E63 AMG S - it needs front brakes soon. I got a quote from my local friendly MB Dealer that featured the same $1,500 estimate for each front rotor. The cost got a little better from a third party service company - about $2,900 for the entire job of which $2,400 was for OEM-equivalent rotors. I'm now seriously considering doing an entire 4-wheel upgrade to Girodisc 360mm rotors with their Magic pads. The cost estimate for the complete 4-wheel project is $3,300 or only about $400 more than for the front-only project using OEM rotors and pads.

I've read good things about the Girodisc brakes, but any new review comments would be most appreciated.

I just did pads on giro disc and I can say that the magic pad I originally had was great for little dust way less than oem. But the initial bite wasn’t the greatest. The street strip pads Have a way better initial bite but the dust is more. And my rotors have no lip or real wear after being threw one set of pads

Girodisc makes the lightest metal rotors for those of us who care about unsprung weight. They are very nice, no doubt, but ring in 2.75 times (+$1497) more expensive than a 4-set of Brembo rotors ($843). This is based on my recent price comparison.
