Current auction/ private party prices for E63 Wagons??
Looks like 2014 lease returns are hitting the market. With the new 2018 Wagon on the horizon, what's a fair and reasonable price for a sub 20k mile 2014 E63 Wagon?
One I am looking at has limited options within a $106k window sticker. The other is well optioned with a $118k window sticker.
Appreciate your advice!

Market has been all over the place the last 6 months or so. Good '14s were in mid to upper $70s but lately seem to have drifted up. Most MB dealers are getting low to mid $80k for CPO with less than 30k miles. Private party upper $70s maybe a bit lower depending on spec. Odd that almost no 2015s out there, seems like everybody leased on 3 year deals. There have been the odd screaming deal here and there for 2016s by they normally only last a day.

Do these auction prices seem abnormally strong to anyone else? They seem rather strong vs what I'd expect for other Mercedes or AMG cars.
Any opinions on where prices go in the next 6 months with the launch of the new model? Are we going to see normal depreciation, or will prices reset and drop off a bit more? The new model doesn't look to be that much more expensive to me.
I'm looking at a few wagons now and I'm trying to decide if I should pull the trigger or wait. Prices just feel abnormally high to me. I suppose I expected them to be $10k lower.

We're lucky that Mercedes even offers us the wagons. They're vehicles that are sold in the dozens each model year versus sedans sold in the thousands. The only other vehicle that competes with it is the Audi RS 6 which Audi won't offer here because something that sells in the dozens isn't worth the hassle or expense of certification. Consequently, there's only one hot rod wagon on the market and the market price reflects its scarcity.

thanks for that! can you kindly post up 12s and 13s though? Quite of few of those seem to have gone thru auction in the last few months as well.

this is BRILLIANT. the middle '12 is now for sale in TX at $51K, which makes NO sense to me cause of transpo from LA to Houston.

I just put a deposit down on a low mileage silver 2014 wagon. These can be bought in the mid 70s with <30k miles. I know of two nice, non-black or white examples for sale where the real asking price is in the mid 70s. Good luck to those looking!

MB Manhattan just got a 14 in with 30K miles...nice color combo. Asking 80K with CPO.
Volvo Manhattan has a 15 with 19K asking 80K as well.
I thought the 14s on the market are abnormally high especially most dealers were giving at least 5% off MSRP when bought new. That being said, seems like mid 70s is right price for a 14 with sub 30K miles.
