2010 e63 another transmission post
Have appointment to drop car off at stealership Monday. Until then I am gonna be stressing about it. Hopefully someone can provide some useful knowledge and set my expectations.
Symptoms:
1. Shifting from 2-3 is where the issue is in any mode. It seems to have gotten progressively worst. Seems to go into neutral when the rpms drop low it shifts into 3. Once I get to 4 everything seems fine. It seems to have gotten worse where shifting to 3 is very flaky. In fact it sometimes goes out of gear and I have to restart the car.
2. Alternate battery needs replacement. I hope they are not related.
Am I screwed? Should I skip the stealership and take it to ma and pa? What's worse case scenario and costs?
