Extended Warranty 3 yrs $5200 CAD
on my 2014 E63s. First two years comprehensive less a few items, 3rd year is powertrain only.
My dealer is saying this is done through MB Canada and they don't have room on the pricing... curious if others have seen similar?
I have taken good care of my car and it's been issue free so far. I'm tempted to roll the dice on $5200 worth of service bills between 80k and say 120/140k?
What do you guys think?

i have a 14 e63s as well and i bought the 3 year warranty for peace of mind. My standard warranty already expired and ELW kicked in already and i'm about to take it into the dealer for a possible drivetrain issue. It likely won't be the cost of the warranty but I'd worry about little random things down the line.

Hey thanks for your reply. Did your warranty cost in the range of what I've been quoted above?

I'm going to shop around for the warranty. I only have 45K kms on my car. Almost not worth it.

I have a pretty good rapport with the service guys and they have told me the E class is solid car, no heavy bills generally speaking. ML / GL on the other hand are tougher.

I'm at nearly 80k and the car has been very reliable. Were I in your position I would definitely pass on the warranty.

costs are here:

I think it is a bit cheaper if you buy it when you pick up the car. Also, the car doesn't need an inspection if you buy it in the first year.
