Making my E63 W212 Louder without voiding warranty
The title says it all. I really want to make this car louder but I do not want to void my unlimited mile warranty. Any suggestions?

2014 E63S; AMS 100 octane ecu tune; edok tcu tune; BB intakes; dyno tuned
Renntech mufflers may be all you need
very little if anything would happen to your car that would not be subsequently covered by warranty
BUT THIS IS DEALER DEPENDENT
the vague concept of “voiding a warranty” is much more of a conversation than just .. limiting mods to stay out of a danger window. You should ask your dealer if they would continue to honor the warranty if ANY cosmetic or performance mods are done. You can also go to renntech website and see which Benz dealers are renntech friendly

"The saving grace for consumers is the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act of 1975. The act states that a dealer must prove that aftermarket equipment caused the need for repairs before it can deny warranty coverage."

people bring up the MM act all the time ... in real time dealers can still do what they want and it’s your burden to fight them and go through the process

Adding cat back will void warranty only on cat back exhaust.
adding down pipes will void warranty on engine and everything what controlled by ecu.
buying brabus exhaust from dealer won’t void warranty and fitted by them
that what my dealer said long time ago.
