How fast
Power and aerodynamics are two different things. I would try to find out if there is alot less down force going over the back of your car before you really push it that much further. I think having a "bubble top"( I just made that up) allows air to push down on the trunk, as it goes over the roof of a traditional coupe or sedan which helps to keep the back end planted. The flat roof to the back end of your car might give lift as the car pulls away from the air it passes. Be safe, make sure you have plenty of open pavement it gets used up quickly. At a rate of 180MPH you are doing 3 miles per minute or 1/2 mile in 10 seconds. I'll admit, it is a rush. LOL
sorry didnt mean to be captain obvious there ... lol

Suspension should be in Sport Plus. Bumps make the car want to fly and the suspension bouncing is scary at those speeds. Smoother the road the better. Tighter the suspension the better.
Tires pressure should be 48-50psi.
Pray that you do not blow a tire. Tires rated (Y), not Y would be needed.
I say don't do it. It doesn't feel good in an E63.
