What setting do you use? The car or snowflake? I use snowflake and it never seems to be on the green setting. Always charging. Not sure why.

I have a 3300 tending to my battery now
snowflake is for temps below 20F I think
mine will get to green though
have you changed your battery lately?

I have a MKS 5.0 which I use on my CL 63. I have tried both snowflake (there is an icon that looks like an optima battery, I think it is for AGM types) and regular car battery. It did seem to take longer on the snowflake setting and both take quite some time (5+ hours) to charge. Especially true if it has been sitting. I have always wondered if it is charging both batteries during the process. I know it is different (smarter) than some of the old battery killer chargers that I have used in the past.
Love it though, batteries last a long time and stay healthy.
