2015 MB E63
Have switched the car off and the sound from the exausth was still coming out as if the car was still running. Started the car and drove on after few minutes all was well.

the engine was off; there was no noise from the engine to suggest it was still on?
how long did you hear this exhaust noise while the car was initially off?
was the dashboard indicating the engine was still running, the tachometer? Any unique lights on the dashboard lit up?
when you started the car again, it sounded like a normal start up?
when you turned the car off it was in park?
was the eco on:off activated?
we will be lucky if this op gives me two answers to my many questions ....

No lights in the dashboard everything see e to be normal except for that exaust sound maye it lasted two minutes, this happened while I was driving than switched the engine off and it was there started the car again and the sound after say 2 minutes it went off but all was normal.
