Tranny bogging in morning

I’ve taken my car to the dealer twice now, and it keeps coming back the same.
In the mornings the car starts off in 2nd gear, when it does that it feels like it’s doing kangaroos unless you apply the throttle VERY slowly.
Anybody else have this issue?
Theyve done all sorts of adaptations on the tranny and the clutch to no avail.
it actually made it worse, ever since they’ve done this re programming the car has a very harsh 4-3 downshift. As if it’s not blipping the throttle. It’s even smoother going from 2nd - 1st which is something you shouldn’t be doing anyways.
All I’m asking is whether it’s normal for it to behave a little erratic in the morning or not.
Thanks in advance

Only in the morning? No problems once you let the car warm up?

I drive in C until everything is all warmed up and no problems. Sometimes a little jerky at first, rarely, and only on especially cold mornings. I'm also tuned. But once everything is warmed up and kosher everything is on point.

Yes, this trans is even worse in the cold mornings. I use the paddles until it warms up other wise it’s jist sluggish and sloppy.

Which vehicle are you talking about? Your sig line says " 2004 E55" and "2008 ML63" so.......

But, my 2010 is herkey-jerkey for the first few minutes, especially when it's cold (lower than 50 degF).

My mistake,
the E55 is sold and I’m currently driving a 2013 E63.
and yes when it’s cold it’s very jerky. After about 2 minutes all is fine. I just want to have everything fixed before warranty is up.
This still doesn’t help my 4-3rd downshift issue. Like I mentioned it feels like the car isn’t blipping the throttle between shifts, thus not rev matching properly.
I’m defenitly going to have this looked into.

that's just kind of what these transmissions do. they are big, they handle a lot of power and they are slow on the draw until warmed.

Same thing w/ my 2014 E63... dealer has never been able to "replicate" but it seems pretty common

My Dealer has been able to replicate.
although they can’t seem to fix it.
my next step is to just pretend to want to buy a car so I can test drive a similar model abd see how it behaves.
what gets me the most is the harsh 4-3rd downshift.

when i sit a light and switch from c to s or back it seems car is jumpier than usual, and will buck once starting to go
