This might be of news (and benefit) to some here which is why I'm posting this.

I don't know if I'm late to the party but after some years of ownership I realized that the front headrests will tilt upward, bringing the bottom of the headrest closer to my head. I raise up the headrest a few inches to place the most forward (bottom) part nearer to my head rather than my neck.

When the car was new I tried to tilt the top forward like a traditional tilting headrest and, disappointed, left it at that.
