W212 E63 Lower Control Arm Part Number

Hello, MBworld. I am in need of replacing the Driver's side Lower Control Arm in my '14 (b/c busted bushing) and have been searching online to order the part. I am amazed at how I have contacted three vendors and non has either returned my email or given me a straight answer. I have found that https://www.oemercedesbenzparts.com/...Y4LWdhcw%3D%3D is the part. It states: Positions:Left, Right. Am I to assume that this is the part for BOTH driver's and passenger's side? (Yes, a few members did reply in a different thread that these do NOT need to be changed in pairs, but, my mechanic suggested it, should I?)
And while I am here, what are your thoughts on https://www.newparts.com/product/mevotech-supreme-mercedes-w212-e63-amg-front-lower-control-arm-and-ball-joint-mevotech-cms101396/Default.aspx?gfid=p75440-c1435406&source=googleshopping&source=googleshoppi ng&adnetwork=g&adtag1=pla&adtag2=&adcreative=26826 4464160&adposition=1o5&admatchtype=&adkeyword=&gcl id=EAIaIQobChMIvuvx777r3AIVgpOzCh1_igGOEAQYBSABEgK lMPD_BwE being that these are a 1/3 of the price? You get what you pay for?

Hello,

You may already be beyond this info, but A2183302200 is the correct part number, and it is the same for left and right. MB calls it "Cross Strut".

Regards,

Joe

But is it possible to just replace the bushing with something like this?

It probably is, but the ball joint on the strut wears out too so itd be best to just replace the whole thing and forget about it.
