It is possible. You will definitely need spacers at the front. You will require to bring that offset down to about +35 and run a 255-265 max. The rear, on the other hand, you will need to stretch a skinner tire (I speculate) as our stock offset is +52. I am assuming you will be running a square wheel set up. But, unfortunately, due to offset, you will be forced to run different size tires. I don’t know how much a stretch will be required to squeeze a +39 wheel into the rear wheel arches. I hope this helps and GL with this set up should you go with it.

If you don't know much about up sizing a wheel/tire set up, this could be a pretty involved process. There is a wealth of info in this forum. If you wanna get it right, there is a lotta reading to do and pictures to use for reference. Any particular reason you wanna go with these S63 OE wheels? Are you buying a new set of these? That's a pretty penny to try and fit them on your E63.

265/30R20 on 20x9" ET33
295/25R20 on 20x10" ET45

Above are the specs to a very good looking set up. I copied those from a forum member who has a very nicely dialed in wagon (Jimmyness on here). Perhaps you should go the custom wheel route and order a set with those specs. It might cost you about the same as going brand new OEM.

i am getting a set of oem wheels for free my choice so using it to my advantage, $2400 per wheel forged as well so i would love to put together a setup with them. I plan on running some custom wheels as well already on order.

fyi I go to car shows alot.

Stock setup is 19x9 et37 fronts and 19x9.5 et52 rear ( I might be a mm or 2 off on the offsets but won't matter for what you are trying to do).
i ran stock sized tires and also ran 10mm spacers all the way round with no issues. I took the spacers off and ran 265/295 tire combo and felt like I lost a lot of offset (wheels and tires look sunken in). This is despite only effectively loosing only 5mm (total sink in was 5mm).

I can still run the 10mm spacer upfront with my wider tires with no issues, that's like running a 19x9 et22. However I am not sure if running the 10mm spacer will work on the rear with 295 wide tires.

You can easily extrapolate from above info that the 20x9.5 et35 will easily work upfront depending on tire width and aspect ratio. The rear will be the question, will definitely work but only if you size the tire properly.

test fitted these s63 20" wheels today
front you would need a 5mm spacer
back fits perfect, i mean perfect.

HOWEVER I decided to get a new set of 19s stock e63 wheels and new pilot super sport tires and then getting my show car set in 3 months more than likely Rohana or HRE. see the pic below of what i decided on

Weekend/Project - W204 C63.
Do you think the first rim would fit? I am interested in putting a set of S63 wheels on my E63s as well. Found a local member parting their S63 rims with tires. Tires I can probably get but the rear rims is what I am worried about. Any insight will help!

I think it depends on the look you want in the end. Meaty tire or stretched tire? I choose to go the meatier look when I went with 20" As @Rehabguy said, I have/had:
20x9" ET32 with 265/30R20
20x10" ET45 with 295/25R20

Depending on how tolerant you are to rubbing, I'd say you could go 5mm more aggressive if you wish.

I think the 19" twin spoke forged look way better than those s63 20" rims

Yes they will fit just may have to use a spacer and mess with tire sizing a little.
