W.3 Weistec Turbos Tuning - Not enough Fuel?
Car: 2016 E63s
Mods:
Kooks/World Motorsports decat downpipes
Weistec w.3 turbos
AMS CF airboxes
Ramspeed (now Sturmbock) custom valved exhaust
Longer version:
Got all the exhaust and airboxes installed first. no issues besides CEL. Got the Weistec W.3 Turbos installed and had major issues, cylinders dying, limp mode, misfires... turns out weistec sent the wrong spark plugs. Went back to stock plugs, found the turbo waste gates werent done right as well, less issues, but still some misfires, so the tuner dialed back the boost because he saw the misfires as coming from light AFR. Sitting at 18.5 psi boost right now with no issues, but I want to push it back up. Im seeing many builds over 20 PSI without any mention of fuel starvation. My tuner thinks pushing it back up will just start causing misfires again, that upgrading the low pressure fuel pumps and modifying the high pressure rails is needed. Am i missing something? is my tuner missing something?
any help, ideas, opinions appreciated! pic of my baby

If you have other issues like fuel filter, dirty injectors etc, also near empty fuel tank in some cars can starve low pressure fuel pump.
I doubt that your fuel system is being maxed out.
Mine is at 21 PSI
I have P008A code show up once a while. And it will be gone after driving for 20 mins.
Checked with Tech, he said my fuel pump is good.
He has no idea why P008A shows up.
