Stock vs. Tuned Data (0-60, etc.)
Well I just bought a Dragy and tested on my 100% stock 2014 e63s. The only thing non stock is larger tires, which may be hurting the acceleration - 265 front and 296 rear. Dragy appears to be very easy to use and, from what I have read, it is extremely accurate.
I did a few runs today and not super happy with the results. Basically the car appears to be a ~4 second 0-60 without launch control / race start and ~3.8 seconds 0-60 with race start (I think I did it properly but it was my first time using race start). I will log quite a bit using HP Tuners MPV12 and Dragy, before I tune the car, so I will have plenty of before and after data for the forum. I will be curious to see what others are getting for times as well.
For comparison, my highly modified e55 ran a 4.2 - 4.3 today as well using the same technique (just floor it, no launch technique)....

What are your thoughts on the DA? It is really humid today (and hot), but basically at sea level.....DA shows 1600-2100ft (no idea if that is good or bad)....

oh yeah there it is 3.57 seconds -- pretty close to what car mags got ... I think motortrend got 3.3-3.4 at best with this car bone stock with 1 ft roll out

I haven't done a 1/4 mile run, but will and will post the results as well. Pretty neat tool to add to the toolbox. I'm really interested in seeing what gains can be had with the tune.

Yes, I saw that, but I don't really know what it represents.....
Here is a 1/4 mile run....trap speed is weak IMHO....Most of the magazines (like the video above) show trap speed ~120mph .... 4 mph is huge.

Your car is in the median for most 2014-2016 e63S's that are stock and with stock tires you would be a bit quicker but doubtful you would see another tenth in the 1/4
tank was less than 1/3?
tire pressure was 30 psi?
comfort suspension?

Tank was about 1/2 full, tires are 43 psi IIRC, suspension was in sport...

Has anyone tested the UPD M157 Cold Air Induction Kit ? They claim 20+ whp. So I am wondering if anyone has done a real life 1/4 mile run or 0-60 times to verify the results.

Stock was 11.6 @ 122! Unknown Gas quality as I don't know what the dealer put in the car when I picked it up! Assuming 91 (Canada) 1/2 tank
With UPD was 11.4 @ 124! 94 Petro Canada and had 1/2 tank
Tire pressure for both was full tire pressure from what I can recall with horrible 1.8 to 1.9 60'!!
Similar settings with traction on, comfort suspension and S+ for transmission!
Ps. These are times for a stock car!

Did the runs on two different nights though! Different conditions!
Stock was 11.6 @ 122! Unknown Gas quality as I don't know what the dealer put in the car when I picked it up! Assuming 91 (Canada) 1/2 tank
With UPD was 11.4 @ 124! 94 Petro Canada and had 1/2 tank
Tire pressure for both was full tire pressure from what I can recall with horrible 1.8 to 1.9 60'!!
Similar settings with traction on, comfort suspension and S+ for transmission!
Ps. These are times for a stock car!

the listed "UPD" is an intake setup, so that run wasn't stock but showing the improvement from the UPD intake

Sorry I meant to confirm that everything else was stock....I know the magazines all quoted 11.6 @ 122, but I haven't seen a single stock car do that and assumed the magazines were given faster cars (like OEMs have been doing for years)....Obviously something is wrong with my car if I am only showing 117 mph in the quarter mile.

Here are the slips!
Car has everything stock minus the UPD intake! Again, for comparison sake, the 122 mph vs 124 mph traps were NOT done on the same night!
Gas quality in 122 mph is unknown vs 94 octane in the 124 mph trap!
Tire pressure was 50 all around? May have dropped to 30 or 35 in some runs, but did not notice a difference as my 60' was still garbage!

For comparison, I am attaching a Stage 1 E63 (Eurocharged Canada) de-cat that my brother has to show the difference in mph!
He is running stock everything and run-flats in the fronts lol!
He is 865 and I am 13!
