Both cars are always properly serviced! Change oil every 4 to 5 km (2.5 to 3K miles) using oil from the dealership! Do it ourselves!
Plus the other services (spark plugs, transmission, brake fluid, front/rear diff) when the time comes!

I'm using oem plugs gapped to 0.022

Nah you don't need it from what I am aware of! Peter has it right though!
If it's a mild tune then stock plugs are fine! Aggressive Stage 1 or Stage 2 will need colder plugs!

I run the colder plugs(NGK 97506), but my tune is very aggressive. I pulled them out @ 10k miles and they looked great, still gapped @ .022" too. I was surprised, honestly. I'll pull the current set at 15k miles and see how they look then.
