E63 S 4Matic M157 | Factory WIS Maintenance and repair documents

I need a little more info as to what you actually want to address. Attached below are the exploded views of the major components of the front drive. Please take a look and let me know what you're looking for, and I can then provide WIS docs. Also, I prefer you provide VIN so that I provide most accurate data. The data attached is from my 2014.
Thanks,
Joe

Potential owner of a WDD212 E63 S AMG with B07 option = Carbon Ceramic brakes
I'd like to know if someone is having access to tech sheet regarding the carbon ceramic brakes
Since in case of issue, the replacement cost would be over 10K, it makes this topic sensitive to me :-)
Thanks in advance
Nick

I'm looking for Mercedes tech sheet of CCB option B07
I'm supposing to find info to know how to assess the discs, the pads
And advises on how to use car with CCB
Does someone has the PDF for this very expensive option?

As for pads. Also, I have read, one is to swap them at 50% for maximum rotor longevity. Yes, they are specific for CCB rotor.
Use. I am sure 99% of us who have cars with this option use these brakes like the ones with the Iron brakes. Some people feel like this option is not worth it for a car that won't be tracked. Some argue that CCBs only provide better resistance to brake fade as oppose to enhanced brake bite. And so on and so forth. Yes, they can be damaged if you drop your wheel on to the rotor when swapping tires. I have also seen pics on BMW forum where a chunk "just fell off the face of CCB rotor" (maybe rock chip?).
Lastly, there are iron ring replacements for these brakes for when that time inevitably comes and one would feel $10+K for a brake job on a 6-8 y/o car is hardly worth it.
Personally, I just feel the 405mm rotors look damn sexy filling up all that empty space behind the wheel spokes.
I don't think it was just you. I wasn't sure what he meant either. Furthermore, I have yet to put any of the WIS you have uploaded to use, but I thank you very much for all the assistance you provide on this thread.

Is there a separate oil cooler on the engine block on these cars? I saw a parts diagram and it is part number 278-188-04-01. If so, do you happen to have the procedure for the removal, install, and fastener torque?

I've attached the procedure that I believe pertains to the Oil-Water Heat Exchanger. Let me know if you need something else.

Any chance I can get the procedure for replacing front and rear struts/shocks as well as front control arms and inner/outer tie rods? I'm more interesting in all the torque specs. I appreciate all of the help!

Joe
