RennTech transmission upgrade consists of a complete transmission disassembly and inspection as well as a mechanical upgrade to the transmission clutch packs. This allows us the ability to maximize the amount of friction materials contained within the transmission and in turn, the amount of power which can be transmitted through each forward gear. During final assembly the transmission also receives all new gaskets, seals, o-rings as well as a new transmission pan filter. RennTech Mercedes Transmissions increased engine performance it becomes necessary to further improve the drive line components, most importantly the transmission in order to ensure maximum power is transmitted to the drive wheels without transmission slippage. This can not be realized with software and only truly be accomplished by an internal mechanical upgrade to the transmission hardware. RennTech is the foremost authority on transmission upgrades and has done countless rebuild and upgrades for the most demanding dealers and clients for over 21 years. RennTech Front Splitter give E63 AMG an aggressive makeover with this RennTech E63 AMG front splitter with integrated air ducts. This unique splitter design not only looks menacing but also greatly improves airflow and front end downforce. The enlarged central grille opening eliminates the horizontal “A-wing” and therefore opens up the air flow into the vehicles cooling systems. Fit and finish meets OEM Mercedes-Benz quality standards thanks to the parts 100% pre-preg carbon fiber construction. The splitter assembly also features a unique acrylic coating process which protects the carbon fiber from any harmful UV and humidity degradation. This acrylic coating is applied inside and out to ensure full coverage and protection, unlike any other coating process. Once the acrylic coating is cured, the part is then covered using a high end automotive clear coat to create a beautiful gloss finish. This splitter is designed to fit 212 E63 AMG facelift sedan and wagon models from 2014 and up. Modifications to the OEM front fascia are necessary, installs with 3M double-sided automotive tape and supplied hardware. RennTech rear diffuser creates an all new aggressive and functional aesthetic for the rear of the 212 E63 AMG wagon. The design and engineering teams at RennTech HQ spent countless hours fine tuning the part to perfectly compliment the E63 AMG exterior while improving the underbody airflow. There are five separate parts constructed from 100% pre-preg carbon fiber that make up the diffuser assembly; the upper brow, the lower diffuser panel, and three individual diffuser blade elements. This complex part break up opened up the overall design flexibility and allows for much easier serviceability for the end user. This 100% pre-preg carbon fiber tailgate spoiler features an innovative RennTech design that caps over the existing OEM tailgate spoiler. Most notable design elements include the “blow-through” style center section and the integrated air vents located within both outer sections of the spoiler. The spoiler compliments the E63 styling while creating a low slung aesthetic to the rear of the vehicle and retaining the OEM rear brake light functionality. A unique acrylic coating process which protects the carbon fiber from any harmful UV and humidity degradation covers all surfaces of this spoiler. This acrylic coating is applied inside and out to ensure full coverage and protection, unlike any other coating process. Once the acrylic coating is cured, the part is then covered using a high end automotive clear coat to create a gorgeous gloss finish.

The RennTech adjustable suspension spring kit lowers your vehicle with the OEM dampers via adjustable spring perches and sport lowering springs on the front and adjustable lowering links in the rear for the air suspension. This kit also works with vehicles that have electronically control dampers installed. RennTech lowering solution offers not only overall improved aesthetics and an aggressive vehicle stance, but improves both vehicle handling and performance. RennTech complete suspension conversion allows full adjustment of the suspension without the need to purchase an entire coilover conversion kit. As an upgraded option we offer our adjustable spring kit in combination with our RennTech digital suspension lowering module (DLM) in place of the rear adjustable links. This allows the suspension system to remain balanced as the digital lowering module controls inputs to all four sensors on the vehicle (even though only the rear suspension is adjustable electronically). It also allows for complete adjustability of rear ride height via the lowering module software (included) with no need to manually adjust links on the rear. We feel that this combination best maintains the suspension system’s functional integrity as it accounts for the suspensions load leveling function, offers improved ride quality over the standard suspension kit with adjustable rear links and allows for complete electronic adjustability of rear vehicle ride height via the included software.

RennTech 3rd Generation Diverter Valve for the M157 5.5L V8 BiTurbo features an all-new Blow-Off Valve implemented into the re-designed OEM turbo tubes. The Diverter Valve releases the boost in high-boost situation and/or boost spikes. This especially helps during the shifting process, for faster shifting and a quicker boost response for the next gear. It helps to eliminated the so called 'Boost Lag'. With the installation of the RennTech Diverter Valve, they are able to supply the engine with more boost pressure in order to gain higher HP numbers. The turbo tubes are ceramic coated in titanium to sustain high temperature and provide a more aesthetic look in the engine bay.

The RennTech R3 Performance Package is the evolution stage of the R2 Pkg. Included in the R3 Package are all upgrades from the R2 Pkg, ECU Upgrade, Diverter Valve, Air Filters, Carbon Fiber Air Box Kit and Stainless Steel Sport Mufflers, as well as upgraded Turbocharger. With the upgraded Turbochargers included in the R3 Performance upgrade, RennTech is able to add up to 185 HP and 249 LB-FT to the 5.5L V8 BiTurbo engine. The addition of the upgraded diverter valve helps the engine to handle boost spikes in high boost pressure applications better. A surplus of boost will be released to the atmosphere and the turbocharger can be supplied with air quicker after the shifting process. This helps to eliminate the 'Turbo Lag'. The RennTech 4-piece air box kit is made out of the highest quality pre-peg carbon fiber. The kit comes complete with flow optimized turbo tubes to increase the volume of incoming airflow. Our Stainless Steel Sport Mufflers are hand crafted and 100% desgined and produced at the Stuart, Florida Headquarters. Made out of T-304 stainless steel (SS) with 2 3/4" tubing, they offer lighter weight and improve performance by reducing back pressure, increasing exhaust gas flow and cylinder scavenging. RennTech upgraded turbochargers are equiped with lightweight forged billet wheels and feature a dramatically larger than stock impeller (inlet side) and an increase in the turbine trim (exhaust side). This combination of high quality, light weight components coupled with less rolling resistance from the ball bearing cartridge compensates for turbo lag despite being a functionally larger turbo. The cartridge supporting shaft is also both larger and stronger designed to handle the larger wheels and added power. This entire cartridge is then fine balanced as a complete assembly to compensate for these increases. The impeller and turbine housings are then precision CNC machined and flow tested in-house to fit the larger internal cartridge
The R3 performance package increases performance to 790 hp and 895 lb-ft at the crank, without sacrificing daily driver comfort or reliability and offer huge gains across the entire RPM range. We highly recommend higher flowing direct injection (high pressure) fuel pumps, to assure continues fuel flow in high performance applications. Due to increased power and boost levels, 93 Octane or higher gasoline has to be used with R2 upgraded RennTech vehicles to avoid damage to the engine. States known for poor fuel quality have to be supplied with a lower power setup. Please call for details and Race Fuel options.

RennTech latest second generation intercooler pump out performs any other unit on the market; flowing over twice as much coolant as the problematic OEM pump and significantly more than its predecessor. Testing showed our Intercooler pump flows an impressive 8.7 G.P.M. @ 11.6 P.S.I. compared to the OEM pumps 3.00 G.P.M. flow rate. This increase in flow dramatically removes heat from the incoming air; allowing for a denser air/fuel mixture and substantially cooler charge air temperatures over the entire operating range. RennTech pump upgrade kit mounts in the OEM location without any modifications. RennTech intercooler pump upgrade includes model specific wiring harness, mounting bracket, hardware and all associated plumbing.
