Differential gears vs TCU tune
1st post. Current ride is 15 E63, Muffler delete, E85 Eurocharged tune (700awhp). It makes me very happy
.We have all been looking for a TCU tune to get our 60ft or 0-60mph launch times in accordance with the other German sedans with inarguably better transmissions. I know there was a relatively easy swap for the W211 platform to put in higher gears. Any word on this for our AWD platform? My hope is to get better launches despite TCU nanny intervention. Thanks all

unless you have parts from GAD you're not gunna break 1.6-1.7 sixty foot
there is not enough empiric data on the renntech tcu tune.
what's you're 1/4, 60-130, 60-100?
you have 700 hp to the wheels? What's your wheel torque?? Let's see your dyno and this EC tune that gets you 700 wheel hp!

This is my daily driver, so I'm probably never going to track the car. Car was tuned with a MyGenius handheld OBDII.
I hear you with the proof claims. Its an E85 tune, so high octane.
The dyno is up on the forums.

I am running this tune

Since that post, I haven't been in contact with Jerry to learn what changes were made to the Stage 2 tune.
Did you upgrade any of your stock hardware?
Have you had a chance to log any Draggy runs or take it to the track?
I'd love to compare your performance against my Stage 1 E50 tune.
Sorry for the delayed response. Air suspension is acting up and just finally got it in the shop. Still CPO warranty, got an extra year

So, running OEM file since the Airmatic started leaking, just in case they could get me in sooner. I wont be taking her to the drag strip. I have Torque Pro, could post some logging with that if you're interested.
On another note: what brake pads are you running/recommend? Just got ECS red stuff and have vibrations after 500mi. Mercedes is going to check it out.
Another note again: I contacted GAD in Germany about options for doing their TCU tune to remove Tq limiters. Pray for a positive response
