Suspension differences between RWD and 4Matic cars

Got the wheels sorted. So onto my next hurdle.
Are there any Mercedes mechanics on here? Or anyone who who has owned both a w212 rwd e63 and a 4matic e63s?
I am trying to figure out if there is a difference between the suspension on the 2010-15 e63 and the 2015 e63s.
Basically I like my cars lower then most, so running dumped springs, generally sucks. I’ve been talking with Denny with the lsx swapped e63. He is on the Godspeed coils and loves them. It says these fit the 10-15 models but does not fit the 4matic. So what are the differences between the two suspensions? Are there really any?
