Will this grill fit in my 2012 E63?

The ad says it fits my 2012 E63. Most folks on here who try to change their grill end up changing a lot of other body parts. Can I just swap out to this grill without doing anything else?

I went ahead and ordered it. Here's a quicky Photoshop of what I hope it will look like, before and after. I'll probably get rid of the hood ornament in favor of the flat AMG emblem.

Not a Photoshop. The new grill went in easily enough and appears to fit nice and snug. I'll still save the OEM grill in case I decide to switch back.

And the final product with new grill and AMG flat hood emblem. Looks pretty good for a 2012.

Clear side markers. I had em on my 2010 E550.
A few different models available, some led some halogen.
I prefer the halogen.
