Reduced IAT's - Pump rewiring

With my car (2015 M278 / CLS 500 4-Matic Shooting Brake), you don’t actually need to do this direct wiring (to ground) because the pump turns on shortly after I start driving and doesn’t turn off at all. The CWA 100-2 pump then circulates and cools the intercooler fluid properly. I monitored this in Xentry and have to say, everything is working as it should.
I'm afraid there might be differences here depending on the model year and engine variant, such as the pre-facelift M278, the facelifted M278, as well as the pre-facelift M157 (non S and S) and the facelifted M157 (non S and S). It could also be country-specific, such as models designed for hot and cold climates.
