Exhaust Tip Adjustment/Removal Help

So does anyone know how to adjust/tighten the W212FL (e63) exhaust tips?

I noticed that my passenger side one is a bit off set to the right, and the back of it seems to be pretty loose. I did notice one bolt on the side which I tried tightening but it didn't do much.
(I should get under the car and actually look, but I thought maybe someone here has the WIS or experience in this before I start crawling on concrete).

As far as I know the chrome tips are welded to the pipes. Offset placement likely means bent or dislocated elements (exhaust or diffuser/bumper).
Edit: see other responses.

There are 2 torx screws on each tip that can you can loosen and adjust the exhaust from under the car, one of the torx need a small plastic cap to be popped out on the bumper, to gain access to the torx screw. This is for 14-16 w212 AMG
