Engine jerks at speeds with low revs
I have a AMG E63 2010.
I have this very annoying thing when I drive at speeds when the engine revs between 1000 to 1500 rpm.
I can not say with certainty if it is the engine or transmission, but it jerks when I accelerates very easy/little. And only at those revs. Otherwise it's good.
There was leaklage in the intake. All gaskets are replaced there and it IS better, but still some jerks there.
It is a little worse when the engine is not completely warm.
I have read a lot about similar problems here, but not exactly what I describe.
Does anyone here have similar problems and know what it could be?

trans plug is dry underneath? If you see any fluid at all replace the plug and conductor plate and service tranny.
that’s all I can think of without seeing the car

And the oil looked perfect. No difference at all.
A missfire counter whould be good.
Have any of you noticed that the tachometer moves a little up and down at low speeds? about 1mm back and forth about 2 times a second.

I don't have complete maintenance records and have only had the car for a few months but the Carfax shows the intake manifold gaskets were previously replaced about 15,000 miles ago. I'm wondering if the PO had the same issue.
I took it to the MB dealer after I bought it and they spent some time on it but without codes they basically gave up, and then told me it might be the torque converter, which of of course the car does not have.
The car was great on a 700 mile road trip but part of me thinks there may be a small leak in the manifold itself after doing some reading and watching Tasos Moschatos videos on YouTube. If I have to do that repair I might as well do the head bolts while I'm in there! The joys of AMG ownership.
