Timing Chain
Hi,
I need your help, i have a 157 AMG and i need to change the timing chain, the engine is 157981 60 003041. I can see that there is a new type of chain in the early models. So now my qustion is, can i bye the chain from the newer engine. There is not so much help here in DK, the AMG shop here will not tell anything at all.

Thanks for the answer i have bought the set that you recomanded, but now i have problems finding the right timeing chain sproket for the camshaft, because the new chain dosent fit. Can you help whit spare parts number on chain sprocket.
