Update :
I got a call from the shop and both rear wheels were bent and repaired. They threw the wheels on the balancer without the tire and it spins perfectly straight now. Then they threw on the 2 tires and road force balanced them and now they spin straight. Tested the car out and still have slight vibrations. They removed my ecs 12mm spacer on the back and went for another drive and vibrations are gone. So by the looks of it the ecs spacer is slightly out of spec, with the combination of the bent wheels was causing issues.

Really love the way the car looks with spacers, was thinking of going with hr spacers this time unless ecs happened to send me a bad set which is very possible. No returns on spacers if they were used, but at 86 shipped for a pair isn't that bad
