E63 R! build




This is without my hpfp and completely stock trans with 60k miles according to the junk yard I got it from. It's clearly slipping. running moderate boost and low timing .no brake boosting just rolling off the launch. This thing has so much more potential.
How attractive does that R look after the 63?? I was always disappointed in how the S didn’t have much done to it, so that it was separated from the normal 63.
so I decided to build my Version of an R!. I’d like to think I had a big part in helping this platform go to the next level. I’ve always tested the limits and did things out of the norm to bring data to this platform that can be utilized. Those that know me, know I’m a man of my word and I don’t lie about mods, gains, times, etc. I don’t just install parts, I log and test everything to make sure gains are behind it with real world results. This build is not an investment for capitol, this is an investment for my personal joy/ happiness. My personal stress relief. I don’t care how many miles per gallon I care about smiles per gallon. I will attach mod list for anyone who would like to build an R and be the few who gets to add the badge and let people know this is not a normal lion, that this **** is a monster!! Lol. If anyone decides to add an R badge without actually going through the hard work and dedication of having a fully built motor along with the list description, unfortunately you will ruin it for those that actually put forth the effort and money vested. Don't be that L guy that ruins a fantastic idea. Other wise we will start seeing them everywhere. This car does consistent low 10’s on moderate boost and low timing. This is no doubt capable of hitting high 9’s so stay tuned for that to come. list of mods for achieving R badge if interested
darton mid sleeved block
italian rods golden line/ Italian pistons platinum line coated.
Another companies forged internals will suffice.
arp hardware custom to match to factory spec by blackboost .
gtx30 spec dual ballbearing turbos , by blackboost . but any ballbearing turbo will suffice.
pro meth methanol injection running 1300 cc our m1 methanol
custom ecu tune/ Jerry eurocharged in collab with Edgar.
Any tuner of your choice will suffice
Tcu custom tune by 5soko/edok Germany. Any tuner will suffice
GAD top mount intercoolers with over sized center pipe to delete stock intercooler.
Any other company top mount will suffice.
black boost upgraded clutch kit. Not yet installed 😥. Any other company clutch kit will suffice
custom over sized bridge pipe
custom 3.25 downpipe and exhuast, woth 3” straight through madnaflow mufflers. Any company upgraded exhaust will suffice
giro disc 2 piece rotors front and rear. Not necessary for the R
front upper chassis stiffening bar
rear subframe lower chassis stiffening bar.
kw h.a.s suspension kit.
ece billet mounts with red inserts. Any company will suffice.
Hpfp upgrade and lpfp upgrade any company will suffice.
this setup is running daily at around 930hp. Dyno was done 3 tunes ago and put down 835 on a Mustang dyno that reads 10-12% lower. Haven’t had time to get back and find a dyno jet. I want to thank a good friend that helped with some ideas and opinions , along with some data as for as soft wear goals/ potential. @5soko
Some other big upgrades that I am doing at the moment are the following that will be added to the list once complete.
cryo treated transmission internals,
micro polished gears and gear selectors .
dss is taking specs to build me a carbon fiber driveshaft
yet to install dss high strength rear axels
light weight forged magnesium 19x9.5 all around wheels coming in at 15.5 lbs each. I’m trying to remove 50 plus lbs from the drivetrain . It should improve responsiveness and remove a huge percentage in stress the transmission go through. I would like to have a car the can hit low tens high 9’s with full interior and be consistent and not one and done runs

the OP has re invented this car to a level that doesn't exist other than his version so he can call it whatever he wants - he put the time and money in it

Awesome build though. I would take the badges off or rebadge as an E250 Bluetec.








just like the Brabus amg that’s is rebadged as a brabus or the weistec that’s rebadged sometimes as a w4 or the 900. Or like ams . And none of those cars with those upgrades have never done the times my stock turbo setup did. If it’s because they have a buisness behind it,it’s ok? If so then this is A2d autoworks R build. Lol.
