2014 63s Washer fluid warning/Ambient temp sersor
A few months back my ambient air temp sensor got hit and stop working --- or -40. Living in NYC I waited for a warm day/oil change. I also notice my washer fluid would not warn me when low or even empty. I was like that will wait till spring.
I installed new ambient sensor turned ignition on washer warning came on ... sensor took some time to report correct temperature since it was inside the house. I remove the sensor reinstall the old sensor ign on no washer alert. I then reinstalled the new sensor finish my oil change and the washer alert came on that I was low.
Seem like the washer fluid sensor and the ambient sensor are someone working together.

100% verified
I did it again today when doing my trans fluid and and no warning...when the bad ambient. I am finally adding washer fluid to the tank.
These are the items that will make you go mad. I could see my myself trying to get to the washer tank.
