I would suggest a PPI, 120k miles does not seem that bad if maintenance was regularly done and everything was replaced accordingly.
2. what are you willing to invest $$ in it in this time period that would seem reasonable to you - worst case scenario? $5k.... $10k?

Got any pics....I'm also looking for non black leather E63 (W212 or W212FL)....but in the UK I have more chance of catching a unicorn and training it to ride a motorcycle!!

Bumper tint is mismatched ... would get a paint meter on that and negotiate more as it may have been in a front end accident
