I took my 2012 CLS63 non-PP (RWD) to the local 1/8 mile track today. For reference, my car has the following mods:
-Stage 2 eurocharged tune
-Decatted oem downpipes
-Custom tcu tune from VTECH
Tires were 285-35-19 MT ET Street SS on PP 19" wheels. This set-up is heavy but it hooked.
My best time was a 7.53 at 95.21 mph with a 1.88 60 foot. It was about 91 degrees Fahrenheit with 45% humidity. I think there is room for improvement on the 60 foot time. Does this seem to be in line with other m157 powered cars with an ecu tune?
I was expecting more out of the hole with the tcu tune.
I wasn't able to brake boost like I was hoping due to the car bogging when I tried this. The best time was achieved by smashing the accelerator from idle.
I was nervous to use race start/ launch control due to the increased torque limits from the TCU tune but I'll try this next time and hope nothing breaks!
Any input is appreciated!Thanks!

Those are pretty close to stock times, aside from the weather. DragTimes says it was 3500 DA, so that does hurt a bit. The calc they have adjusts your 7.53@95.2 to 7.40@96.8. That's a little faster than a stock car, but not by much. I'm not familiar with the VTECH TCU tune.

I did expect a little more out of it. The tune was on the car from a PO so it's possible it's not 'stage 2'. Vtech has been around but mostly on the m113k platform. He recently started doing tcu tunes on this platform.
@Lriver1004 There are plenty faster M157 cars on this forum, but thanks I hope you solve your cars problems and get it going faster like it should go!
@cotmfk Thanks man. Look my 60ft, its just 1,78. I need to get it on about 1.70 levels then I would be satisfied and get better times on 1/8 and 1/4 mile. I think my tuner needs to fine tune TCU and I need to learn to launch better also.

After doing some reading it seems that my car is more in line with a 'stage 1' eurocharged tune equipped car. I need to get this thing on a dyno and see where my hp/tq numbers are to confirm
I'll have to check them out! Your car is moving. Are you on 91/93 or ethanol?
Thanks, im running only straight pump gas, no ethanol blends. And no meth injection. If I do those or even one of those my times would be a lot better.
