if you do it yourself you may. I heard it’s helpful to use the seatbelt to lock the steering wheel straight or have someone hold it straight while installing so the alignment doesn’t get out of whack too much. I don’t do that so when I finished the install I noticed my steering wheel was turned right a decent amount off center and the alignment was off for the first time in my 8 years of having the car.
wasn’t a big deal as Firestone did a lifetime aligbment for $170 and it drives straight as an arrow now and when I need to replace it again at least the alignment will be free
