I am thinking the misfires are caused by timing issues that point back at the camshaft code being higher priority.
What scanner are you using to read your ECU codes?
How many miles are your chain tensioners?
Did you have a look at your LTFT: how far negative?

I am using a iCarsoft MB 2.0I don’t think the chain tensioner has ever been changed. The car is 65k miles and i bought it at 63k miles
LTFT B1 is 3.9%
STFT B1 is 0.0%
LTFT B2 is 2.3%
STFT B2 fluctuate from 0.8 , 3.1 , 2.3, 4.7 percent

Both LTFT being slightly positive certifies your ignition as good. It's not starved for fuel.
To me this leads to faults being timing latencies....
You've replaced VVT solenoid and cam sensors then what's next...?
-- At less than 70k, I dont think your VVT Gears pins are worned out yet.
-- That leaves us with bad chain tensioners.
The good parts you've replaced so far are already working to preventing issues: no problem!

Hello
I ended up having to replace the spark plugs again with the ones from the dealership. Problem went away
