injector, oil in harness to coil, leak down test to check cylinder, bad fuel, indexing of new plugs, timing being pulled for other reasons (intercooler issue) ... to name other things to consider
would pull and inspect plug 8 and the coil ... swap new coil for new coil as well to see if coil an issue, I know you know you're way around an engine so you prolly did most of this and more ... just $0.02

Or swap coil 8 with 5 and see if the misfire follows. This will eliminate a bad coil
