This won't help with the cylinder scoring, but If I had CEL on and misfires, I'd remove any ECU/Trans tunes and make an appt at the MB dealer to have them check if the car is eligible for the work prescribed under the March 2023 exhaust valve assembly warranty extension. My understanding from talking to someone who had it done on his 2015 E63 S is they replace the heads with new and improved. Paid for by MB USA. Big expensive job the dealers are eager to do if they can get the approval. But you have to hurry because the extension only takes the warranty out to ten years from in-service date and you've got a 2014...
