2012 E550 Power Steering issue
2012 E550 4matic learned I have electric steering when it malfunctioned looking for what fuse or relay that would be. Says sees owners manual throwing no codes can anyone assist?

The first thing would be to check your rack for open factory RECALL... a popular item.

I ran the vin and found no recalls that are open for my car. Is there a special place to check?

you can call your trusted service sales desk or look around MBUSA dot com.
They have access to internal "campaigns" to help customers.

Don't know. I'm not familiar with the car. I mean we owned one but that was long ago and we had no problems with it.

Hate to sound stupid but what exactly is the document that you posted. I assume it’s a campaigns and the fix but how do I know if it affected my vehicle and does MB cover that or me? Thanks

You can read the document or better yet get someone to repair "AtoZ" for free while getting your oil changed at your trusted service dealer.

They are surgeons in hospitals connected directly to experts when necessary.

Mercedes does not mess with steering gears, they deliver service based on factory procedures - That's what you car need.
