Hello I'm looking to purchase a W212 would just like to know what might some of you look for in a good car or one that has been abused? Any advice you can pass along will be appreciated thanks in advance.

You want to get a PPI including cylinders compressions and bore inspection for metal to metal wear.
Extreme heat forces Oil in harness know for adding to $10k.

Without any physical inspection you can listen to engine smoothness, maintenance records. In addition the chassis needs suspension and transmission maintenance parts.
🤞

I was looking for a AMG S but I think I might go look for something else now. I love the body lines of the car and that exhaust note sounds great but seems like too much. sounds like from the reading there is no faith in these cars going to 100k miles. with most already having 40-75 thousand miles on them its not leaving a whole lot of time on the clock. Thanks though enjoy them while you have them.
