Front right cv shaft inner boot leak

rmeuropen cv shaft - front right
Our 2016 e63s wagon has inner cv joint leak at passenger front.
Alas, here in Toronto seems the required shaft is not avaliable when MB dealer tried to order it:
221-330-98-01 drive shaft - no eta!
May need to go aftermarket.
Does anyone has experience with remanufactured shaft from rmeuropen?
Specifically Part Number: 221330640080 Notes: This brand is rebuilt. Position: Front Right Part fits: 2016 Mercedes-Benz E63 AMG S 4Matic Wagon 212.276 5.5L V8 Quantity needed: 1 Manufacturer: GKN LOEBRO (OEM)

Did consider just have the boot repaired however, I would have shop do the repair as the job is likely beyond my ability (I replaced the front and rear brake disc etc but dealing with this job I have doubt - skill & tools vise).
Think the labour cost is already there may as well do a complete replacement. Also I am not sure how good/ bad the cv joint is. Was at least a year since I laid eye on the general area).
*My other concern now is getting correct part as different sellers seem to offer different fit/not fit comment on the part number 221-330-98-01.
(2nd dealer in Canada gave me 221-330-98-01-64).
