NTG CAN FAULTS with CGW + EIS + IC
Your report is a smoking gun I've been searching for. This is essential because the network chaos you evidenced de-tunes the engine ECU.
> Short Term Fix...
-- simply REBOOT chassis by powering it all the way down.
This step will restore the stability of Bosch CENTRAL GATEWAY: a VIP module serving ESP+ECU+TCU.
> Long Term Fix....
-- Look for DTC's from other unstable CAN-B + C modules. Do a full chassis scan to survey related issues.
currently testing this myself...
-- Disable useless Engine CONSUMPTION report graph as shown above!

> MOAB top grade:
I've been chassing this snowball for a long time !!
It is a network traffic jam, usually kept well under the radar.
It silently impacts the WHOLE CHASSIS with chaos via CGW. The performance of CGW bandwidth is related to traffic volume and data priority.
NTG generates stress traffic targeted at ECU. It uses a high volume of data over a slow speed CAN-B.
