Gear shifts issue
Hello everyone im driving an e63 which has blackboost gen2 air intakes and blackboost downpipes with eurocharge tune and the map im running is a pump gas and has a wave track lsd installed , the issue im facing right now is the gear shifting , when im on full throttle my car does not shifts from 4rth to 5th gear and as soon as i take my foot of the throttle it shifts.
i have changed the transmission oil already where as the old oil was not that dirty and the issue back was the gear slipping from 2nd to 3rd and then 4rth but after changing the oil that issue was solved but now today my car was on e30 map and after multiple runs my car started the shifting issue from 4rth to 5th gear and even after changing the map back to pump gas the issue persisted. And their are no gear codes on xentry

Under what circumstance does it not shift to 5th?
- wide open throttle? And it just bangs off the rev limiter?
- partial throttle and it just hits the rev limiter?
have you done a negative terminal battery disconnect or a tcu reset?

hits the rev limiter and does not shift on full kick down and its a partial press on the padal it shifts smoothly and this does not happens every day only when i do 4-5 runs in a go and today my mechanic checked the dtc and he found CAN communication errors between the engine and transmission
