Passenger Bi-Xenon Keeps Failing
Did some looking around on here and online and it seems like it could be the ballast, the ballast connector, or a bad wire / failing shielding. I did a visual inspection inside the light housing and everything looked in good condition. Hoping I don't need to pull the bumper to check/swap the ballast, was wondering if anyone had any ideas on what else it could possibly be or some easier things I might be able to check first.

Yes, You'll have to pull the bumper and remove the lights to get to the ballasts. All things considered, you'll probably have to go that deep to rule out everything else anyway that could be the cause.

If you want a quick tip is to use your MB scanner yo interact with your light control.
I am not exactly familiar with your HID ballast, it may be controlled by F-SAM or provide its own networking.
See what module records the fault... its the one that detects it. It may help confirm suspicions...
Headlight ballast modules don't care for soaking HID or LED... if you see evidence of that get a new pair.
Soaked MB electronics feature unprotected circuits: replace!
