I’m at the dealer for delivery now and they are trying to tell me the MF Buy rate is over
0.003. Can anyone help me and confirm it should be 0.0026?

00260 would only be for A1 which is internal autoapproved scoring. I recall someone else maybe Vic mentioned this kind of credit approval is non-negotiable and must be done through MBFS internal scoring system.

You likely approve for T1 for 00290 and they're marking up 10 basis pts or 0.24% APR which makes sense.

Thanks for quick reply as I’m waiting outside GSM office now.

How do you get A1? They just ran credit at 837.

Correct. .00290 is currently best on these. I got to see the managers internal lease data last night. Sucks.

My credit ran at 890 and all I got was T1. But I negotiated the price down heavily to balance that out.

BMWFS vs MBFS and M5 vs E63S for leasing.

6 months ago I was looking at about 1600 for M5 at 116k MSRP my E63S that's on way to dealer is 120k MSRP before discount. Rates are definitely up because I visited BMW dealer they do markup MF 30-50 basis points but they're at or above what the E63S is going to be so rates are definitely up.

The only savings I'd have is on the shipping cost 1000-1500 and M5 includes maintenance. Not worth it to me sticking with the E63S by far prefer the interior and overall looks. Hoping to be able to use a $750 off winter sales event until end of Nov along with $500 AMG voucher.

Vic previously said the only way to get the A1 super special preferred tier is to automatically approve for it. Dealer can't call in perhaps it's about being MB customer a long time but from what I remember raw credit score isn't sufficient to get A1 automatic approval. Not possible to negotiate for A1.

Guys—thanks SO much. This is huge.

They already backed off the crazy rate and got to 0.0029 / T1.

I’m now following Corrado79 and trying to get more off MSRP.

Corrado—did you do MSDs too?

I went to look at both cars and see if the dealers were willing to soften position with me in person. There are 20 open E63s in California and dealers feel as a result of having only 20 cars they want to max out their profit. Neither dealer budged. I understand the short term business case but not the long term one. I have had only one MB in my driving history (got my ex-wife a GL a few years back). I have been primarily a BMW and Porsche guy (my two favorites being my most recent X5M and the .2 GT3). This is a chance for a MB dealer to get a client converted not only to the MB brand but to become loyal to a dealership. Over 30 cars purchased, leased and referred to my BMW dealer and I'm on my 5th Porsche from one dealer. I sound like a douche but I know how fortunate I am, just trying to make a point. I wish the MB dealers realized how fortunate they are to have passionate car guys like us as their prospective clients.

F them. I won't feel like I was taken for granted and my passion and love for cars won't be used against me. I sat in my E63s wagon today, it was beautiful, then drove over to the other dealer and sat in another that was equally as nice. However, I felt much better leaving the dealerships without the car than I would've felt if one were sitting in my driveway right now...Being taken advantage of is crappy, this is an easy decision for me. I am letting my E63s go, been texting with the GSM at BMW and will be picking up an M5 instead. While it isn't a wagon (my original order was a black wagon), it is an amazing car and I won't be taken advantage of.
I just came from BMW regarding a M5 still at MSRP but they have a 5K incentive until end of Nov. $0 sign and drive 2175 on 116K MSRP no discount off MSRP and slightly bumped buy rate.

There's plenty of dealers that'll give you 4%-6% off MSRP for E63S no need to deal with that local rip off even if you have to pay to ship it in. Perhaps BMW is going to give you a better deal since you've given them so much business in the past.

Residuals?

For those working on leases, what are the residuals, be sure to include mileage allowance.

thanks

Guys. Thanks so much for help as I button up the deal.

Question—did anyone get the pre paid maintenance? Worth it? What duration? FYI, I’m leasing for 3 years only.

Anyone else have accurate residuals for 19 E63S?

Was told 54% for 12k/36 month

Dealer was $60 per month higher than my leasehackr calc. Finance manager on the phone with me using all the same MSRP / Sales price , sales tax, doc fees, acquisition fee (995) everything checked and triple checked. They claim MBFS will figure it out ever heard of that?

Now that the e63 sedans are flooding the market (314 listed on autotrader alone), please post up what kind of discounts and lease terms dealers are giving.

Thanks.

I think you and spoke about this in the M5 thread... A1 is all internal and fico is just a piece of the driver. There are some crazy deep files that score higher that dont get A1. There is zero rehash from the dealer but the dealer could restructure the lease possibly to get there. Comp credit is also key as Ive seen so many 800 scores with mortgages but no autos close to what one wanted in regards to high credit. Most individuals feel that if they have a 600k mortgage that they qualify for a 600k car and its clearly not the same from a risk and lending perspective. As I didnt build the scorecard for MBFS I cant speak to whys and why nots but as a scorecard builder elsewhere I would say:

Fico is one part
Credit requested vs credit already on file
Revolving availability
Age of trades
Number of Bank Loans vs ISC's
Inquiries over the past 24 months
Number of auto trade lines that are comp in nature
Number of open auto trade lines
Age of new debt
Age of old debt
Address matches to application
Number of real estate loans
overall debt
Structure of loan/lease- ltv/term/pmt
DTI
PTI

and the list can go on and on and on....

314? Is that new + used? What years? I am having trouble determining the options of all of the listings on E63 Sedan on Autotrader. Does anybody have a trick to this? Meaning, if the poster does not put the equipment the car is configured with... how do you figure it out? By calling the dealer?

New 2019 sedans.
Try this link: https://www.autotrader.com/cars-for-...&firstRecord=0

I wouldn't do too many filters as many listings are incomplete. Exterior color is usually updated, beyond that you risk missing listings.

Any trick on how to check what features a listing has? Nitpicky stuff like soft close doors, 3D surround system, massage seats. Is there a way to do it by the VIN?

We should make a Google Sheet with every VIN and collaborate to resolve what's out there. Like a Wikipedia for E63s for sale, with all of the details us dorks care about.

You have to go to the dealers' sites. It's very labor-intensive and many of the sites are hard to navigate. But, using the first one I saw on Autotrader as a example, I found it at a dealer site:

I don’t know why I’m curious—since I’m locked in—likely just hoping to rationalize not having my dealer hold the car for a week until 12/1...

But does anyone know if December has any incentives or superior MF or residual % for the E63S Wagon than November...?
