2018 S560 and 2019 E450 Wagon.
Just did the final Run in today of the rear axle, now it's gotta sit a week before the dealer can take the car for a simple rear axle gear oil change, I don't want it to show over 2000 miles on the records for the 2K service, gonna be hard looking at it sitting there in the garage all that time and driving my Honda Cross Tour. You buy a Benz and you get a week long wait for a simple 1/2 hour service, gotta love it.

I'm really liking that red... I had a red wagon in '05 and liked it. I think I'd have pulled the trigger on red too if it were more like the RS6 Avant red. That might be a lesser of a wagon, but the colors are more impressive.
Your short wait for service is nothing! I'm w/o an AMG until Spring '18 delivery...

Your right, the wait for service was not bad. Got it in today and got my 2000 mile differential service out of the way. Ya, I'm really liking the Red. Sorry your wait is so long. I ordered my Car May 5th and got it Oct. 20th. The more I drive it the more I like it.

Beautiful car! Congratulations!
One comment: is "Viti" paying you to advertise for them? I would have had a conniption fit if the dealer had stuck their logo on my $120K+ car. Then again, I'm also "that guy" who removes the dealer license plate frame on the lot, but the sticker is going a little too far in my opinion.

Ya, I was kinda surprised with the sticker. They are good dealer though, had good luck with them, their service dept is top notch. Thanks for the good words, I am enjoying the car, it is a relief now that the differential oil is changed and the car is all broken in properly.

Ours is the same exterior color. The dealer owner was telling us there has been an increase of orders recently for the Designo Cardinal Red.

This is my third amg. It’ll be about 5 years before it’s for sale. I dunno how to take the last comment. I’ve always had muscle cars since I was 16 starting with a red 1965 Gto I can still drive with the best of them not that old yet. It’s all having the right mindset.

Thanks, for Race cars they have more elaborate hand controls than what I have for Circle track and Road Courses, it's actually a ring for the throttle that goes all the way around the steering wheel so you can have both hands on the steering wheel in sharp corners going fast, with me it's a hand on the controls and the other on the wheel so I'm a little nervous going real fast on a track without a three point harness and being strapped in really well which I don't plan to do with this car anyhow, for recreational driving on twisty roads what I have works fine and is very easy to install and remove and no hacking up the panels of the car like cutting holes and that sort of thing. I can put in or remove these controls so a person with use of their legs can drive the car in about 3 minutes. I won't let anybody drive the car with the hand controls still in the car (including service departments) heard too many stories of people not use to them getting tangled up and having wrecks, so every time my car goes to the Benz dealer I have to take out the controls when I get there and then put them back in when the car is done. A bit of a pain, but the alternative of just leaving them in could be bad, some people would be fine, others could have problems so better to be safe than sorry.

Took off the dealer sticker and the dealer plate surround for a 1968 GTO plate surround. Ignore the auto lite spark plugs over the plate was just using them to cover the numbers. One thing I won't miss is cleaning the exhaust tips all the time like on my 2012 amg, these tips stay clean as they are semi fake.

Your wagon looks sick in red, just awesome, but those wheels on your handcylce are badass. I'm an ex BMX'r from the 80's and early 90's, so I appreciate things like that. In my day it was titanium and aluminum that was the hot items, now its all carbon.

Thanks Rob, I remember talking to you on the 212 forum. Why do you say you're 2014 E63 AMG won't be missed? You sure have some amazing cars. Do you like the 2017 E43? I have a good friend who wants to buy my car already, I just laughed, like I'm gonna buy a car and take a 20K or more hit. He says he can't afford a new one, I suggested he get a E43. At least he could afford that car, not as fast but still fast.

I forgot to mention in my earlier comment, but your interior is absolutely gorgeous, great job spec'ing the car, just perfect. Good luck with it and congratulations.

I just didn't feel a connection with my W212 E63 like I have in the past with most of my other/old/current vehicles. The M157 engine was awesome but unfortunately it was connected to a sub par transmission, so the cars full potential was hindered because of it. The exterior was just ok, the interior was bland, the car just didn't do anything for me, or get my blood pumping when driving it. I love my E43, nowhere near the performance of the 63 but it serves perfectly as my third vehicle when need be. I love the new W213 styling, the power is sufficient and I feel special driving it because of the beautiful and well designed interior. The performance is very similar to my 2011 E550(382/391).

Thanks Rob, I spent a lot of time thinking about how I wanted the car. I think I got a good one, no signs of any problems so far. Yes, the HED 3 Wheels on my hand cycle are great, same wheels Lance Armstrong used and a lot of the pro riders use. My hand cycle is not real fancy some of the guys have carbon fiber ones and they are great for racing. I was very happy to do a Marathon I do every year in a hilly area in 2 hours fairly recently, at nearly 60 years old it was a achievement for me.
