If you do run out of room I know there are specialized garage services that might work for you. These guys (http://www.collectorscargarage.com/) aren't in LA yet but I've met their NY team - I'm sure there are other competitors in LA.
I noticed that the GT3 has an alcantara steering wheel. How do you like that vs. leather?

.Thanks, That Daytona Spyder was a hard get.... Took me a few years to find an original low mileage Daytona Spyder and then I had to wait until the Ferrari Classiche department restored it so I am finally glad its home.

A trick for alcantara steering wheels... Every few months or so, wet a microfiber towel and thoroughly wipe through the whole wheel. It'll look like brand new again! I had a Lamborghini Superleggera to learn that trick!

I never believed in the 911R and prices on them have dropped like a rock since the GT3 with a 4.0 and a manual was announced.

The manual in the GT3 is amazing! So happy they brought it back! In fact every Porsche in my garage has a manual. I’m stocking up on manuals for when they decide not to make them anymore. My first Porsche non manual will be arriving next year and I’m only getting it because of the power it’s developing!

I can even imagine the value on those manual Porsche in 25 years when the self driving will be very common. Will be like Unicorn.

Its been good so far and no issues yet to report. I use this car as my daily driver as it’s hard to negotiate contracts and vendors when pulling up in Ferrari so kind of need it to work on a daily basis!
