Take a look at STO N SHO. Their Mount doesn't require any holes to be cut/drilled and mounts under your carbon diffuser/lip.

I'm currently in Germany rocking the full sized Euro plate with a STO N SHO mount. Things has held firm even with it seeing speeds up to 135mph.
