The internet everywhere is tainted with bad reviews. These were caused by actions, not intentions. A bunch of random people that don't know each other across many forums for three different brands and multiple models all have the same opinions. It's not just a couple guys out to get you.
You'd think losing $200k would be a wakeup call:

Imagine if you took TugboatBill's kind advise and actually did things right? Get a mentor, business coach, rehab, whatever it takes. Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.
Figure out how to stop making people feel ripped off. I'm not saying they WERE ripped off. They FEEL ripped off. Having to call the credit card company to get their money back after months/years of miscommunication, redirection, lies, whatever, is not cool. Just because their credit card company's FRAUD department did a chargeback for them doesn't mean everything is OK.
It is possible to get ahead of problems. To stop ignoring and running away from them. Some of the excuses you point to are 4 years old.

We have a lot of negative air going around our company. We have orders that are being built and in our warehouse. We promise that we will have all replacements shipped. For everybody that has been waiting we sincerely appreciate your patience.
It's almost a year since that post! Something is not right. If you can't fix it, ask for help. You could have a really good thing going here. You are your own problem. It's not suppliers, accidents, CC chargebacks, blah blah blah blah blah blah blah. You could have acted differently in every situation, but keep plowing forward with the same M.O. which seems to be Promise/fail. Promise/fail. Double-down/fail. How about trying the truth? Funny thing is most people are perfectly OK with the truth. And it's way easier then trying to manipulate and twist. Truth is one-and-done, do the right thing. And if you don't know what that is, just ask a couple people you respect. Take their advice. And NEXT - that issues is gone, off your plate, not lingering picking away at you for months and years coming back over and over again for a piece of your soul.
It's your life. I guess you are happy with it. For now? Maybe one day you'll decide enough is enough, something has to change.
And guess what that something is?

Blueberrys order is currently in the final stages of production.
Tynkups order was in production but I was hospitalized during that time period for personal matters.
JamieUK’s order was completed but I was hospitalized for 3 weeks for the M5 wreck.
Kings order has been completed.
Joe B’s email and messages were not recieved.
Kevin’s order is complete and at our sort facility.
Paul’s order has been finished and customer was contacted after the Nov 2020 accident and hospital stay.
Rob’s order was shipped, received and installed.
James Walker order was in production and wasn’t facilitated because of my hospital stay after our car accident.
As for the BBB our items were back ordered from 2021-2022. All customers were contacted during that time period. Most of the orders were finished and shipped. The outliers received their money back. For those who stayed patient their orders are now finished.
