It's floating around somewhere on the forums! You can have you dealer look up the VIN and it should be attached to the car. I had to argue with mine and they had to call MBUSA.
Here is a copy of the info but it didn't apply to ours (no custom order). Was hoping to pick up a freebee maintenance package but we had no P1 status and interestingly all VPC info was set to October with a 4 months gap in-between.

I called MBUSA and they couldn't find the VPC info on the car so I got a print-out from the dealer. Did you get the free package with your ED1? If so, can you show your status info?
I don't have any issues paying for the service but if a freebee is offered, why not grab it
