Renntech and repair update
So the repair ended up just being a the coolant hose fitting going into the intercooler so they just replaced the entire intercooler and everything got buttoned up. Meanwhile it was sitting there and we had snow here in nashville so I went ahead and knocked the renntech tune out. I can definitely tell the difference in shift points and it seems to have more pep but I will update you after I take it out for the day tomorrow.

lol, yea might have been an understatement but the tune is seeming pretty sweet. I launched it today and Im not even sure if the front wheels were on the ground. Im still grinning reminds me of my rs7 after APR stage 2, but faster and cooler.

i also have a stage 2 apr RS7. This genuinely feels faster? That says a lot

I have a stage 1 RS7 and man its fast with a flatter tq curve than the E63S tuned or not... Stage 2 RS7's are running faster than any tuned E63S (non estate) so I would say your RS7 would still beat it down the strip.

Yea I dont have my rs7 anymore but it may be more of the fact that I just love wagons and having one this fast is a dream come true. The launch on the wagon is violent and very satisfying. I wanted a RS6 avant before this car and really loved my rs7 and wish I had never gotten rid of it but this fills the hole in my heart. I dont think either car would win convincingly i think it would honestly come down to whos doing the driving.
