Ordering a 2019?
Has anyone placed a preorder for a 2019 and what type of discount are you getting? In order to gain more information about the best time to order, when was the earliest people ordered a 2018 model? I'm asking about the 2018 model year because I know there was a delay in the actual delivery of these cars.

I was told March / April, assuming June-ish build and September / October delivery in CA. As a result no info on pricing yet since no order guide yet...

So the big question for me: shift the order to first-run on the MY19, or just take the MY18 late.
Pros to waiting for MY19
+ Avoid depreciation on '18 in late production run
+ Expect some bugs to be worked out
+ New options or colors possible?
Cons to waiting for MY19
- Wait another 6mo to get back into AMG (dying on the vine here)
- Probably have my Factory delivery trip lost for now
- Loss of colors or options?

If dealer is offering a sizable discount too, then you may want to go 18. 19 will likely have a nominal price hike and may be harder to get discount (esp. the first batch of it)
