First post!!! Got my E63 S Wagon about one month ago and already my radiator fins look old (ugh!). I drove it on a (super fun) road trip but got zapped with thousands of bugs. In my own stupidity, I used a power wash to clean them, but I noticed bent radiator/intercooler fins after that. I know I know...I shouldn't have. Stupid mistake. Tech says it's not that bad...but I would love some advice from the E63 community.
Would I do that road trip again? Hell yeah...it was epic. But I have that "I destroyed my new car" pain in my gut.

Thanks, I’ll check those out. I wonder if they make them long enough? Those fins are pretty deep in.
The comb will help, but it won’t be perfectly straight like original just FYI. But overall the current damage is not that bad. I know that awful gut feeling you’re talking about lol. It sucks.
Keep in mine the Zunsport grilles won’t stop fin damage. It’ll help prevent it, but there will always be small enough rocks and debris to pass through.
